After our interested King visited our houses in Strandparken, he wanted to know more about where and how they are produced. With the County Administrative Board of Västerbotten, we at Folkhem planned a whole day of exciting study visits and mini seminars for His Majesty. We went to Skellefteå for a visit at Martinson’s brilliant factory in Bygdsiljum, the new wooden school in Morö Backe and a 4 storey wooden car park which will stand here, binding carbon dioxide for us, for many many years to come.

Professors talked about forests, industrial construction, how wood affects our health and wood constructions in buildings, all with focus on our smart and skilled wood construction industry and knowledgeable academy.
